AI is such a vague term. When people refer to it, they think it's this living, breathing thing that makes its own decisions regardless of software. In truth, there has recently been a push for more automation in software marketed as "AI," but that's all it is. Automation has always been a part of processes, and it has its limits. Requirements for results may change, but even fully automated things must be serviced, created, and evolved. Jobs don't disappear, they change as automation improves. There are many fully automated things we use every day. We don't often think about it, but something automated now was someone's craft before.
Thankfully, many people still prefer handcrafted things. We shouldn't expect that to change because it has a new name.

It can and I'm willing to believe it will, given time. But, please remember that just because A.I. can do something like a human can, that in no way makes human life and the activities we partake in, and the works of art we make any less beautiful and meaningful.
