What I remember from listening to art advise on YouTube all day:

- Maintain a daily habit of practice.

- Keep practice simple. Too much variety is counter-productive.

- Twitter is best for new artists.

- Do not send a potential employer your DeviantArt page.

- An OC is a reflection of the creator.

- Getting good at art takes time so be patient. Years, even a decade or more may pass before you are able to make a living as an artist.

This morning I took a face from a random thumbnail from YouTube and traced over it in Inkscape. I think it turned out quite well as compared to my previous work which only looks decent if I take the lines out. This was good practice for working out how to fit shapes together toward that goal, making use of the line-tapering path effect and getting used to Inkscape in general.

It's been a while, hasn't it?

The latest thing I sneezed up got front page again (Thanks Mr.Fulp!). After some people expressed confusion and frustration with the game I decided to put a cheat sheet together for the fun things.
